Thank you for shopping with Lumber Direct. We appreciate your business and hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be returned in store within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return or exchange an item, simply bring the item in store with its original packaging and provide your proof of purchase. Returns with a valid proof of purchase will be exchanged or refunded based on the original payment method.
No receipt? A government or state issued picture ID is required. Lumber Direct may issue at its discretion in store credit for the item's current or lowest advertised price.
EXCEPTIONS
Custom items may not be eligible for a refund (tinted paint, custom cut goods, etc.) Special orders may be subject to a restocking fee or not eligible for return. Gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Appliances, generators, sump pumps, gas powered equipment, and shop vacuums cannot be returned but defective merchandise can be exchanged. Seasonal or holiday items must be returned before the applicable holiday event and/or same season window
PLEASE NOTE
- The store is not responsible for any labor reimbursement for the application or installation of a defective or incorrect product.
- Original shipping charges from your initial purchase aren’t refundable as part of your return or exchange.
- Lumber Directreserves the right to refuse and/or limit the number of any returns or exchanges.
